Bed and Breakfast

Jon and I spent a wonderful weekend at a Bed and Breakfast in Stillwater. The mansion was beautiful and huge! Our room was very nice and private with its own entrance and breakfast served to the room. We also splurged to get the massage add on, which was very relaxing. We spent some time exploring the historic Stillwater area and had a wonderful Italian dinner out. Here are a few pictures of the places we stayed. (Obviously I didn't take the picture with the green grass)

In addition to the weekend, somehow we can home with this awesome addition to our kitchen

I must add that the only reason I had any time to add this post was that we got out of school 3 hours early due to bad weather today. I have been drowning in school work lately and also sick :( So the extra three hours to finally sit and breathe was much needed!

Next weekend: Mom and I are taking a girls shopping trip to the Mall of America!

The Fun Van

Jon and I planned (basically by not planning) a pretty uneventful quiet Valentine's Evening. We decided last minute to drive up to visit my parents and hang out with Jerod Saturday. Well we arrived and were told my parents had made reservations for the 4 of us for dinner. So we spent the day shopping, hanging out and wondering if we were dresses nice enough for a dinner out (any place that has reservations must be nice!)
Come 6:30 and my uncle Kevin shows up at the house and walks in with a glass of wine in hand. At first both Jon and I were wondering if he was going to drive us while drinking wine? But turns out Dino was driving us in a Fun Van! This was an 8 person want equipped with cooler, two TVs and a karaoke system. Needless to say our evening was no longer uneventful we drove in the van to St. Cloud had drinks at a bar, went to a terrific dinner and road back with a little karaoke mixed in.

This weekend should also be eventful for us. We are going to a Bed and Breakfast in Stillwater, courtesy of my aunt Rhonda and Matthew's wedding present, and also visiting with my friend and former coworker Jalane and her baby.
